  • Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • CDL Preferred
  • Experience operating heavy equipment
  • Experience with plate compactors, lasers, sewer installations


  • This position is responsible for general laborer duties on construction sites
  • Prepare sites by cleaning them, loading, or unloading materials, digging trenches, compacting earth, and removing hazards, etc
  • Prepare construction sites by clearing obstacles and hazards
    Use various equipment, hand, and power tools
  • Proficient in the safe and efficient use of layout tools, and measurement tools
  • Measure and mark pipes for cutting
  • Load and unload construction materials, pipe, and equipment
  • Dig, spread, and level dirt and gravel, using a pick, rake, shovel, etc
  • Set up temporary barriers
  • Measures distances from grade stakes, drives stakes and stretches tight line
    Bolts, nails, aligns and blocks up under forms
    Signals operators of construction equipment to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery to conform to grade specifications
  • Assist superintendent as needed
  • Carry out all duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with the company’s policies

  • Valid and current FAA Airframe and Powerplant License (2 years required) 
  • Previous experience working under CFR Part 135  
  • USFS/OAS Carded on airframes Bell 212
  • 2 years of aircraft maintenance on Bell 212
  • 3 months of field experience within the last 5 years 
  • 18 months helicopter maintenance experience within the last 24 months 
  • Must own basic aviation toolset 
  • Must pass a DOT drug test 
  • Clean driving record  
  • Prepared to travel within the operational region 
  • Ability to conduct activities requiring lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of burdens, up to 50  pounds on a frequent basis. 
  • Valid DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate (preferred) must acquire within 14 days
  • Class C CDL with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements (preferred) must acquire within 90 days
  • Manufacturer’s training or equivalent on Bell Helicopter model 212 (preferred)
